When did MS start requiring a hunting license?

I keep seeing old MS hunting licenses come up for auction. Usually 1936 to 1940. The 1934 maybe as early as I have seen. Just curious when they started the buttons like these.

The Game & Fish Commission was created in !932.

Don't know when they started requiring them but I know it was required in 1928.
