Killed them last week in NE Ark... Untill Friday morning when snow hit. Everything locked up and birds gone. Just like you flipped a switch. Hope to catch them on the thaw this week.

We have been hammering this year. It's deserved after the last 2. Not every time out but consistently. 52 yesterday with 10 people on a pot hole off the river. Only 5 today with my son and wife but the birds were there. We had never hunted in this particular swamp before and set up wrong and shot worse but we had fun. I have never seen so many gadwalls in my life. They were so loud in there first thing this morning you couldn't hear each other talk
