Corn Pile
I was flying today, and looked out the window and saw a big corn pile on the ground out in the middle of some woods. I always wondered how people get caught doing this, but it was pretty easy to see in the fact that if jumped out at me from a couple miles away.

Re: Corn Pile
I found a corn pile so big once that it showed up on Google earth. Seriously. Sunflower county. They must've taken the picture the year before or something but it was on there.

Re: Corn Pile
Speaking of corn, were any of you listening to the JT show yesterday while they were discussing this? I didn't catch the beginning, but some folks were claiming that deer harvest has decreased since the latest baiting law passed. They claimed it caused deer to become nocturnal. Not sure I buy that. The deer on our place were nocturnal long before feeding them became legal. I think road hunters had more to do with it than yellow acorns scattered about.

I keep waiting on someone to realize what all this "feeding" is doing to the turkeys in our state. All this cheap corn people are buying is mostly the alphatoxin infected stuff that the grain brokers can not sell to human markets.
It is well documented that alphatoxin is really bad for turkeys. And I have several turkeys on camera with heads covered in what look like warts.

Looking for 2 duck calls from Dominic Serio of Greenwood (ones for Novacaine)

It is sad for sure. I often wonder if there is that many folks hunting that are clueless or if there most hunters just aren't saying anything.
