Dwights Deer Processing
I love Dwight's but with the new hours it puts me in a bind. I had heard a story that his ex-wife also has a processing business. Does anyone know anything about it and shed some light.

drove all the way out there from Rolling Fork, 90 miles the youth Saturday and found him closed. That's crazy! Busiest time of the year and busiest day and you are closed?

What's his hours. I was planning on taking a deer to him tomorrow after work but if he isn't opening I'll take it to the guy on 49.

I think it's called the buck shop. It's in Pocahontas. I've gotten sausage there for two years and it's been good.

Re: Dwights Deer Processing
Dwight did limit his hours. The way he explained it to me was first, he wanted to be off on Sunday. Second, he didn't like dealing with customers on Saturday night when they had been at camp having adult beverages for a couple days. I can't blame a man for either of those.
He helps us out tremendously by donating processing services for a Wounded Warrior hunt in January where we cook for close to 100 people including warriors, their families, cameramen, landowners, etc. Shorter hours or not, he will get my business.
