Old House Depot off High St in JAXN has some, but I think they are usually high. Maybe as much as $1/per.
Search craigslist. There has been a guy / group around Cleveland / Ruleville with some good looking bricks more in the $0.50/per range. I bought 2 pallets from a place in Memphis a few years ago for about $0.35/per. I have been collecting them for a few years whenever I could get them on the cheap. I have a big sidewalk and driveway project planned.

I just did a quick search on http://www.searchtempest.com and found this first off. $0.45/brick isn't bad at all.

old south said I could pick up some rejects for cheap cheap. going to go that route.

they are mis-match color - but I am going to paint so it doesn't matter.
