Postby gps4 » Mon Jun 27, 2016 10:26 am

Can anyone recommend names and contact info for someone who can sand and refinish engineered hardwood floors?

Thanks in advance.

Bill Daniels 362-0147. He just did my whole house and it looks awesome. Couldn't get anyone else to even come out or return a call. It's amazing how faster.

Off the top of my head, probably $2 a square foot. It was 2 bedrooms, a long hallway, living room and dining room for $1800

$2 a sqft is pretty good pricing. I got three quotes last year to redo mine and they ranged from $3-$3.50 a sqft.

Can you sand engineered hardwood floors?
I was under the impression that they are basically a plywood, and if you sanded them, you'd sand through the veneer on top and and be stuck looking at the filler wood underneath.
Looking for 2 duck calls from Dominic Serio of Greenwood (ones for Novacaine)
