JD z225 zero turn

Anyone on here have a John Deere z225 zero turn? What's your opinion? I've checked the lawn forums. My dad is looking at a used one with around 250 hrs on it. Will be used to mow one acre lot and that's it. The guy who owns it takes very good care of his equipment. It was only used to mow his yard. Thanks.

I had one, cut great but the briggs motor finally went bad on it..had about 300 hours on it.

cant remember if mine is the 225 or 255 but I like mine. Just use it at the house but it cuts great and have had 0 problems out of it in 3 years. Mine only has about 30 hours on it in that time.
