Road Closure Question - Flood Related

Is Satartia Road and Highway 16 through Delta National passable right now or are they closed?

Sartartia road had a barricade across it yesterday. 16 is open.

Satartia and Callahan are under water. River road is open. The east and west channel levees are closed.
