Anyone know anyone with best rates etc for land sales for recreational usage and what they may be??

I think you'll find your land banks pretty comparable. Pick who you like the best. 6% or so, if I remember my talk with 'em a couple months back.

Ms Land bank in north ms and southern Ag credit in south. I cover the delta, so pm me if you want.
