Is anyone killing any ducks?

Postby huntersmky » Wed Dec 16, 2015 7:22 pm

I've been all over the delta the last two weeks and I haven't seen many ducks and our place damn sure doesn't have any. This hot weather is making hunting season miserable. I'm getting tired of chasing these deer and I'm ready for a change of pace.

Drink whiskey, bed up with hot doe, get brownie points, rinse and repeat until January. 4th season in January will be on fire.

Started off strong in TN. Reports from up north, bootheel area are mediocre at best. Friend was about an hour from Canada last week and he was wearing a long sleeve tee shirt. Canada outfitter I know hammered all the way through season. Posted a picture yesterday with full limits, last day of season.

In my opinion it is going to be late if it ever happens this year. We need an Alberta Clipper in a bad way.

Ahh, the ever popular internet scouting thread. I DID seeboth ducks in the swamp on the side of Hwy 49 North of Yazoo City. But since I can't hunt there.....
