Oregon Shooting and gun free zones

Postby peewee » Thu Oct 01, 2015 1:52 pm

When are liberals going to get it in their heads that gun free zones create an environment that leaves innocent civilians very vulnerable?

And this is what will come out of this tragedy. More gun laws!! Bet your booty that (they) will blame gun owners for this, thus creating more guns laws.

why don't they focus on the fact it was a hate crime due to religion.

I don't care what yall think. It is a conspiracy and I proudly wear my tin foil hat now.

When a business chooses to establish a gun free zone are they not under a higher obligation to ensure the safety of their patrons?

1 They have, for their own purposes, restricted what would otherwise be a lawful and constitutionally protected right to self-defense.
2. The business then was negligent and/or incompetent to enforce that restriction, placing the patrons at risk.

That seems like a wide open liability case to me.
