Hate a thief

Postby 72broncojp » Sun Sep 27, 2015 7:59 pm

Had my 25 hp Yamaha motor and 2 pirogues stolen from our camp on 6 Mile Lake some time within the last month. It's getting that time of the year when stuff starts disappearing.

I know the feeling. I lost a brand new atv this summer. Luckily I had it insured. Our camp actually lost about $30,000 worth of stuff that night.

How do thieves live with themselves?

What kind of security system are you using DM? Might be something we might want to look in to.

A couple of years ago I was with my buddy at his camp. We got up Thursday morning, loaded our truck up and headed out to the marsh. Got back in around 2 pm and someone had broken in and stole a couple of dozen full bodies, 3 or 4 layout blinds, couple of decoy sleds and some other stuff.

We left my in her kennel that morning, couple of the stolen items were on top of the crate. Luckily they didn't steal her.

Dude...Why'd you make the homeless guy pay for supper?
