Any of you Madison boys know what they are doing all that work for around the lake? They gone open it up to the public?

I "think" that is the connection of the walking trail from WallyWorld to the Trace.

was told by madison PD not long ago it was supposed to be made into new sporting complex (ball fields, walking trails, fishing) but the city has just been sitting on it for some reason.
