Not staying logged in

Frequently when I go to MSDucks.com/Ducksouth.com the site says I'm not logged in, even though I check the box to keep me logged in. I haven't cleaned out my cache. It is happening on both my laptop and smart phone. Is anyone else having this problem? How do I correct it?
