Cypress Gill - Cracked fire box

I've had my Cypress grill - Kamado Grill for about 2.5 -3 years

the fire ring recently cracked - and I noticed the other day the fire box is cracked in several places - it would come to pieces if I tried to remove it for a clean out.

anyone ever had any warranty parts replaced on these? I can't get anyone from bayou classic to respond.

They are no longer carrying that grill and have a limited number of "parts" left. Ill see if I can get one of them to call you.

It is supposed to have a 5 year warranty. Since they are not carrying the grill are the still going to stand by the warranty?

I ordered the ceramic grill from Lowe's in November and still waiting on it to ship. I went to pick it up and it was chipped all over. Had to order another. I don't know what the deal is but I'm being patient because I got a steal on it.
