mojo customer service...

Postby ScottyLee » Mon Mar 02, 2015 11:44 am

i know most of you are anti spinners and such but just wanted to give a thumbs up to their customer service. they fixed 2 for simply cost of shipping and handing and replaced a couple others for 30 bucks. it did take them a few days on turnaround, but that was prob more of my fault as i sent them in during duck season.

most people don't hear about good customer service experiences so i figured i would give them a thubs up.

Thanks man!
Ive returned a couple of items this year and replaced them with no issues. They will attempt to fix 1st, if can not be done they will replace for shipping costs. Only thing they really dont mess with is if you shoot it!
May the wind always be at your back and the sun upon your face, and may the wings of destiny carry you aloft to dance with the stars.
Cheers, Georgie.

they'd be great to work with if they didn't sell spinners.
