You talking about govt programs to get subsidies, bank loans, tax loopholes ??? I just wish I could convince some folks to sell.

put water on a few acres, claim it as "duck holes", lease to people from Alabama and have it paid for in a few years.

To try and get some discussion started ... Self directed IRA has piqued my interest, though applicability to rec real estate seems more than questionable. Any finance or accounting people to weigh in?
