I put two self retracting Cargobuckles about a year ago on my trailer and love them. No more fooling around with cold, west, and muddy straps. One broke earlier in the week and I sent the company an email asking if there was a fix I could do or if I needed to buy another. Got an email back in two hours saying they were sending me a new one. I wasn't expecting that at all and thanked them for it. Anyway, any of yall need self ratcheting buckles I would recommend these folks.
