Need some new kneeboots

Postby GET-N-RITE » Wed Dec 03, 2014 9:21 am

Need some new kneeboots. I have had mucks and they last a year. Cant keep them form getting holes, or the dam sole falling off. I am done with mucks. So any opinions other than muck boots would be great. I have looked at under armor, and lacrosse. I have always had good luck with lacrosse years ago, and I may switch back.

Feildsupply.com has Drake boots 1/2 off right now. Don't know how they hold up, never had a pair.

I'd lean heavy toward the arrowheads.

I've had mucks, drakes, and an old pair of lacrosse (alpha burlys maybe?). Haven't been able to keep a sole on any of them. Buddy has been running in his arrowheads and they've held up so I'll suggest those.
If I don't do it, I ain't gettin nun.......So i'm doing it

I have been wearing the Lacrosse Burly 400's for 30+ years. I always get about 5 years out of a pair.

I bought a pair of mucks 6 years ago and the sole fell of 2 seasons ago. I called to see if there was anything I could use to glue it back on with and they said they would just send me another pair. I did not call expecting a replacement but they offered one. With that kind of customer service I would buy Mucks again.

Preciate it fellows. Went with the arrowheads. They have them in bottomland so that's a plus.

I have a pair of the 3.5mm aeroheads I will make you a deal on in size 12. They kill the top of my feet. I'm going back to the regular old grange.

I bought the new Irish Setter ExoFlex knee boots during turkey season, they also offer them insulated like LaCrosse Burly...best rubber knee boot I've ever had hands down.

Aeroheads are ok. I think highly of Muck myself. Heard lots negatives about Drake boots.

You would have to be certified class A knee booter to buy those le chameau. Maybe knee - boot - tea Franch for kneebooter. Lawd 400 for a pair of green kneeboots? Id have to wear the things out town, if I was going to have a pair like that. Dam goats back feet are not good enough to go in a pair of 400 dolla knee boots. Hey I appreciate the suggestion, but I ain't got enough class or trailer to be sportn a 400 pair of kneeboots.

A pair of Lacrosses with a little ArmorAll wiped on for shine = a surefire skank attractant. I have witnessed it in the fine establishment in Vaiden several years ago.
