I assume you're talking butterball and not wild?
Inject it with Cajun butter and coat heavily with Tony's, just like you would if you were going to deep fry it.
325 deg for about 2-2.5 hours or till it reaches 160 deg.
I put mine over a ceramic beer can holder filled with apple juice, but one recipe I saw online showed them just laying the turkey in the grill on it's side.

I'm curious as to how big of a turkey will fit on a Bayou Classic Cypress grill.

Never tried it but I'm going to brine /inject a 12 lber and smoke it on my Vision Kamado grill

Inject with butter, cover in cavanders 185 degrees for 12-15 hours, over charcoal and pecan wood.
