Are these guys building this where the chute begins right off the river or further down? I had been a member on Davis Island at Diamond Point and was curious. That area has some rough folks that hunt, fish and steal. I don't see anyone blocking their way of life....

I just got off the phone with the corp and it is in the enforcement division not permit stage ... They caught wind of it as it was being done and are supposed to be goin out next week to look as it is under water now..maybe some fines coming down to him and if they allow it it want be any higher than the low water crossing were at Orginal stage
