Samsung TV Repair
Not to bore everyone, but I have had a Samsung TV issue lately and research lead me to believe it was the capacitors. So, i recently switched them out. TV is still not working properly. If any of you have experience with this, let me know so I can see if you have any tips.
Thanks!
Thanks!

TV will turn on and off multiple times when you first turn it on.
Re: Samsung TV Repair
sounds like the power. Weather that be the outlet, cord, or the power supply in the TV I am not sure.

Mine does the same thing. Took it down bought a new one and made the Samsung a tailgate tv. From my research it was a cap issue as well.

Google the problem. I replaced the capacitor in mine and I am not much of a tech! you have to put a bigger size and no more problem. Videos on YouTube also.

Re: Samsung TV Repair
i googled it and watched youtube which is what lead me to the capacitor issue. When i took it apart, only one was blown, so I only changed the one. Do they work in pairs? meaning, did i need to replace them both? I still have 2 of them on the board, but one is new and one is the old but seemingly still good.

Re: Samsung TV Repair
I just replaced the one on mine and it was obvious that it was bad. Bulged out on top.

Re: Samsung TV Repair
There's a lawsuit out there on this issue. Samsung will replace it for free if it's within the affected time period. They replaced mine a year ago.
