What to expect from arrogant neighbors?

A neighbor recently sold his house to some college students (Daddy paid cash, so apparently these kids are spoiled rotten). These students have also gotten themselves brand new cars and several cheap @$$ed toys from the mall. However, they haven't learned to park in the driveway, nor do they know when or how to bag up their garbage to keep varmints out of it. By the way, trash day is tomorrow and according to the litter in the street, their favorite fast food comes from Burger King, McDonalds, and Hungry Howies. Also, I don't think these jake-legs have the first stick of furniture, nor do I think they are especially studious for college.

Others have already filed complaints against them for code violations.

Aside from keeping my family as far away from this situation as possible, what other suggestions do you have for observing this approaching train-wreck? What do I need to be on the lookout for?

Did I mention that they are international students from China? AND, the family that owns the house next to them is also from China? You can't make this stuff up.

it would be a shame if a neighbor were to plant some blow in the bumpers of their vehicles and in the flower pots in their yard, then call the escorts to come at a certain time, and make sure the cops show up right afterwards....
