I have both but use my 22 for squirrels. Look at a CZ 455 American. I got one and put a "Yo Dave's" trigger spring and shim in and the trigger is great. I replaced the stock with a laminated Boyds.

I would build a 22 lr..quiet, numerous parts for customization

I got me one coming 77/22 stainless with composit stock..... Got to get me a scope now for her.
