We are going with Nitehawk when we put ours in. Local company so you can talk directly to the man instead of waiting an hour on some customer service line. He lives in Caledonia and gives free estimates.

Not Vivint. They have jacked a few people I know and their sales dudes are pushy. I have heard good things about the Comcast home security.

I wouldn't let Comcast watch over a pile of dog turds. Why would anyone get a comany with a history of failure and customer disrespect to watch over their house.

We went with LifeShield. Easy Self install, monitor online or with mobile phone. Text/Email alerts for just about anything you want. Just under a year into the service and no issues. Do a little research for Lifeshield home security and their reviews speaks for themselves.
Just another option for you.
