Memory (SD) Cards for Moultrie Game Cameras

Postby Hooded Merganzer » Thu Oct 09, 2014 6:44 am

What types of memory cards will Moultrie game cameras work with? There
are numerous types of cards out there that can make card selection a bit
confusing. high speed, high capacity etc... Thx

I think I have bout 1 of every brand of card and have never had a problem. All of mine are 8GB or smaller.

Moultrie does not recommend Kingston cards in their cameras. They will on occasions lock their cameras up and you have to send them off for repair. I run Kingston's in my old M80's with no issues, but can't put them in the newer M80 blackouts or the M990I's.

With that being said, run 4gb SanDisk Cards. You can pick them up on ebay for around $6
