Reaching out to some duck south guys for some help. Looking for one or a small group, of guys to hunt a place for me. 215 acres a mile off ms river, on loosahatchie river. Only cost will be an insurance policy. It's a good tract with lot of deer and turkey. There are a few things I would like to get out of the deal in return. the "fine print" as it was put was simply the timber is being sold on this land.. While it goes thru that transition which may take thru the hunting season, I was just looking for someone in that area who could be "spoken for" or lived close to check on it from time to time for me and just make a presence by doin some hunting since I don't live there. I didn't feel it right to lease or take money from someone while this is going on so I was just trading rights for someone to care enough to check on it.

I realize that it blows some people's minds that not everyone is out to screw somebody but there's always someone who wants to speak on something they don't know anything about
