Favorite picture(s) from last season
I saw this topic on another forum and thought it was a good idea to start a similar forum here since we are all probably starting to get the itch. Post up your favorite picture(s) from last season. I'll start it off with a few from a season with a lot of great memories made but not a whole lot of ducks.
Daughter's first duck hunt at the brake in Tunica
Duck hunt with my boys, FIL, BIL, and nephew at the farm in NW TN (that's my two boys on either side of their Pop)
Older son's first duck hunt in an inner tube
First Canada I've killed at the brake and with a 20 gauge to boot!

Opening 2 shots at a delta WMA landed me and a buddy 2 nice pintail drakes. Most of the place was frozen over that morning and we had a spot by a discharge structure. We didn't have much to hide in, but it didn't much matter since we were some of the only open water. When we left with our 2 man limit, 6 groups had come out before us with nada. Not saying it makes me feel good when others do poorly, but we worked hard scouting that spot beforehand so it was pretty satisfying.
First time I convinced my girl to pick up a duck. The boy would probably eat them raw if I asked him to.
Slow morning shenanigans. Anatidae we're in a spot you've probably hunted before. Pulled in tight with my big ol' high rise blind

My first time to get the whole family in the blind, minus the youngest. Limits all round
14 limits before 10 o'clock with old and new friends
One of the most incredible mornings I've ever had in a rice firld. 6 limits of all drakes. Two Blacks, a band, and a greater scaup killed on this hunt. Shooting into wads of 100+ Also the coldest hunt I've ever been on. Was 55 when we left the truck and when we got back it was in the low 20's and snowing.

At 4 Tobie picked up career waterfowl retrieve #1000 early in the season.
My once in a lifetime bird
Not duck hunting, but the best day I've ever had outdoors. My 7 year old smoked this guy at 20 yards...

My first summer mallard
Spending time with Uncle Bill
And getting to watch my buddy's knucklehead son grow up a little more through yet another duck season
