joel, you shouldnt confuse people with the facts.... how folks feel is more important than the facts of what really happened.

All I know is that it must suck to be an upstanding, common sense black person during these times. Anyone with an open mind can see this is an open and shut case. But if a black person took the side of the cop who shot the guy, jeez they'd be call an house nagger, and lambasted by other people of their race.

And finally, ask yourself: “Self, how will your stealing seven bottles of Mad Dog 20/20 bring about justice?”

a couple things. First of all this will likely go to trial, a civil rights trial in FEDERAL court. it wont be a local 70% black jury. they will never ever convict him in federal court. The size of Mike Brown will come into play, the fact that he was 290 pounds and 18 years old will come into play. The fact that he just robbed a store WILL come into play, a victim and that is what he will be classified as in federal court, a victims past history will be admissible in court, not the suspects(officer Wilson). The fact that he just robbed a store will come into play and the video will be shown. IT will show his demeanor and state of mind after the robbery. Whether or not Wilson knew about the robbery you can damn well bet that BIG MIKE thought that the officer knew and that is why he thought he was being stopped. He was likely hi on something and before the officer could get out of the car he attacked him. Most likely he was overpowering the officer and that is why the multiple shots. A couple issues that will come into play. Even if he was fleeing he was at the time a fleeing DANGEROUS felon. LE officers can shoot an unarmed fleeing felon IF he is a danger to the public. I would think a suspect that just robbed a store and assaulted a police officer would be considered a dangerous fleeing felon. The us attorneys office has a horrible track record of convicting cops for civil rights violations. There is no way that you will get a unanimous jury verdict against a police officer for this incident. Additionally a couple other things trouble me. Mostly why in the hell is the guy with him( darian Johnson) fella not being charged and locked up for the strong arm robbery, BIG MIKE handed him the cigars in the store, that's either conspiracy to commit robbery or accessory to robbery. He knew what happened. That sorry ass governor Jay Nixon needs to be impeached. How in the hell with 83% white population did he get elected and why is he kissing their asses in MO? Lastly the looters, Jessie Jackson, al Sharpton etc etc etc need their asses locked up if they continue this crap. Why in the hell are they being allowed to burn down a city? Our country has gone to hell the last few years. 40 FBI Agents investigating this and our border is wide open. Oh yeah another thing. Some of you go out and set a ball or melon or pumpkin or whatever up and try to shoot the top of it. The fatal wound entered the top of Big Mikes head. how could this have been done at a distance? what truly happened is he was whipping the officers ass in the patrol car and he got his ass shot off. Sorry for the rant.

Well, it's probably going to get worse now...
http://news.yahoo.com/ferguson-protests ... 10733.html

Two cops just shot and killed another black dude...but this one was armed with a knife.....but he was an angel nonetheless and didn't deserve to die that way (Sarcasm)

The governor of Missouri, who is the former AG, has called for vigrous PROSECUTION of the officer. Not investigation, but prosecution. Attorney General Eric Holder has the civil rights division of the justice department investigating this matter. If the officer is not indicted by the grand jury, which all evidence suggests he should not be, then I would be my last dollar that Holder indicts him in Federal Court.

We are living in perilous times, boys.
