The Hard Rock usually has the "open minded not quite 30something ladies" crowd. The dug out in Ocean Springs is cool. I would add The Half Shell on Main to my list of places to eat, there is a group of cool little somewhat overpriced bars/restruants right next to it. Zeppelin's pizza (its really a bar) up the street is nice, too.

If you have the time, drive over to Gulfport and visit Chimneys. Some of the best food/hospitality anywhere on the coast.

The Chill at the IP usually has live music, The Golden Nugget has a nice sports bar, Half Shell is my favorite restraurant. Downtown Ocean Springs is full of little small clicky bars. The quarter behind the half shell in Gulfport is not bad and same goes for the Irish pub there. Other than that it is mostly little dive bars.

When I was there last year, I loved the Half Shell Oyster house in downtown Biloxi. We ate at all the other places you said you'd be going to for dinner, and the Half Shell was my favorite by far food wise, but it's fairly loud in there as it gets busy. The royal red shrimp platter was excellent, and every type of oyster we got was also excellent. If/when I go back, it will be one of the places I will definitely go to. For a normal lunch, Zeppelins pizza was good as well as the Fillin Station. They had great po boys and fish tacos.

Found this thread and wanted to see if anyone has anything to add to The Biloxi To Do list. Heading there this weekend. Thanks, Scott
