Swimming pools must be racist. As a result of this study the government will probably start subsidizing swimming lessons for the underprivileged...

A lot of their parents don't know how to swim either. Many of them don't have access to pools to learn like many of us.

I actually had a black guy tell me he was raised to be afraid of dogs and water.
