For those who lease land or pay a turkey (only) membership how much ya'll paying?

Depends on size of property, habitat, number of members that turkey hunt, number of turkeys, location, etc. With that being said I've paid between $250 and $1250.

I hear $2-$3/acre is fair in SW MS
