Does the book go by the same title as the movie?

Reading the book now and just about can't put it down. I'll watch the movie after reading the book.

Watched the movie last night. I've had the book on my coffee table for about 6 months, just haven't had time to read it yet since I read "American Sniper" first.

If watching those guys in that movie doesn't tug on you a little bit something might be wrong with you...makes you appreciate them a little bit more.

the part that really caught my attention was, the real "lone survivor", Petty Officer Marcus Luttrel, said in an interview on HBO that they spent weeks filming that scene of them falling down the mountain. The guy doing the interview asked how accurate the scene ended up. Luttrel answered, doesnt even come close to the real fall. My jaw dropped open...

Great movie as well as a great book.

If you haven't bought "Murph the Protector" you can get it on iTunes for 12.99 (purchasing) or rent it for $4.99. Well worth buying it. It's a documentary about Michael Murphy, one of the Team guys participating in Operation Red Wings.

Saw it last night with my wife. She could hardly watch it, but like she said everyone should watch it to get a little perspective of what some of our men go through for this country.

i watched it at the house the other night. No need to go to the movies when you can watch it at home. Like others have stated, its a great movie and puts a different perspective on what our men and women serving our country endure on a daily basis.
