Lost Dog at Howard Miller WMA

Postby eastland » Wed Dec 18, 2013 12:13 am

A friend of mine lost his 8 year old black Lab at Howard Miller on Saturday. She had on a neoprene vest. His dog platform broke and he couldn't keep her out of the water so he took her to the 4 wheeler and tied her up. when he got back she had slipped out of her collar and was gone. If anyone spots her please get her and call Martin at 601-506-7476. Thanks.

Man I hope he finds her! I lost my lab a couple of years ago, and it was really tough. It is harder losing one than having one die. You can't sleep worried about what they may be going through. I wouldn't wish that on anyone. Good luck finding her!!

Yep, she was found yesterday after being lost for 16 days! Pretty amazing for an 8 year old spoiled house dog to survive that long on her own. She's tough! Thanks to everyone that was on the lookout for her and that kept up with this.
