Deer jerky

Anyone wanting some jerky you need to give halls processer on hwy 25 in Carthage a try. I love jerky but not the pain in making it. He is the first one I have seen actually doing jerky so I gave him one to try and was impressed. Got a lot but it will go fast and he will get another before season is done. His jalapeño and cheese summer sausage was he best I have tried. He let me sample it. Got a few links of smoked sausage to try and will let ya know how it is. Place is really clean and you get your meat back according to him....since he ain't to big I Beleive him.
