Safety harness for a woman???

Seeing cagoodwn's post of his wife's deer had me thinking...... This is my wife's first year hunting with a bow..... The years past, her deer hunting has for the most part, been done out of a box stand..... I am wondering what type of harness you guys have for your girlfriends/wife/daughters? She is about 120 lbs and 5'5"....... Thanks for the input!

I am 5'4" and hunted at 131 pounds last year with my HSS (Size Small). I bought my daughter a Youth Model HSS and it has a good bit of adjustablity so I would let her try both on.
