Browning Trial Camera - BTC3

Postby Glenn » Mon Sep 09, 2013 12:50 pm

I am looking to replace my old camera this year. I have been looking at the Browning cameras (BTC-3). Does anyone know if this camera is any good or give me a good recommendation on a good one. Thank you in advance. -gm-

Browning has started whoring their mane to anybody that will pay.....look at the cooking stuff in cabels and bass pro....its made by a chineese trading company and has the browning name on it......bet the trail cams are the dsame...it may say browning but I bet its not browning quality

I was looking online last night. Cabelas has a line of trail cams that have good reviews. I have not tried one.... Has anyone here had any experience with them.
The Bushnell Trophy Cam is the only camera that I have tried that will last in my hands.

I bought a couple of the Browning Spec Ops camera's a few weeks ago. They are of course made in china by some company in Birmingham, AL. I was planning on getting covert because of good stuff I've been hearing on some hunting sites. I went to some game camera sites to decide which one and ran across the Brownings. They have very good reviews so far and I'm really liking all the features on mine, time-lapse, regular game cam, and time-lapse with game cam. The batteries seem to be holding up fair. I got mine off of ebay for $154/ea. with a 8 gig scandisk included. \

Snot, thanks for your reply. It looks like I am going to pull the trigger on the Bushnell 119436C. I have been reading more reviews and for the money I can't go wrong getting the Bushnell. On EBay it's about $125.00 - $140.00 price range.

never buy a first year model trail camera.

I am running 4 bushel trophy cams, and 3 moutrie M80 XT

they are all very dependable and easy to use and have good battery life.

I have a bunch of cameras and buy 4 or 5 new ones a year. I bought Moultire D55IRXT this year off Amazon for $82 a piece shipped. They have the plot watcher, video, etc etc etc. They take c batteries. Been out a month now and no problems. Picture quality is as good or better than last years M80. For $80 bucks tough to beat.
