Destin, FL Charter

My wife and I are going to Destin in mid September, and I am looking at some 4 to 6 hour group fishing charters. To be specific, this is where you book in advanced, but you will be fishing with other people you don't know. Some of the ones I have looked at range from 6 to 15 people.

Anybody have any recommendations for a charter of this type in the Destin area?

the Katrina Ann is the one we took. it was a great trip and it ranges from 4-8 i think. i would love to go again but i dont have any vacation time yet.
