Catfish fingerlings?

Postby duforester » Fri Jul 12, 2013 3:03 pm

Where is the best place in central Mississippi to purchase catfish fingerlings to stock a farm pond? Is there somewhere near Jackson?

How many do you need? What size? I know somebody that might be able to hook you up? :)

I dunno if Thompson Fisheries out of Tchula, ms carries non-catfish farm catfish(if that makes any sense), but you might call em.

I only need about 200. I would like some 6-10" ones if possible.

Theres a sign up on the front door of the madison county co-op advertising "fish day" this july. You could ride up there to get the number.

Pretty sure the date has not occurred yet?
