I know this topic has been covered before. One of the suites in our office building has a pretty generalized concentration of termites. Im thinking of just ordering some termidor and treating myself, but its all concrete or asphalt around, ver little ground or flowerbed to dig a trench in. What can be done on the concrete/asphalt to get rid of them? Spray on top? Spray inside the baseboards and weep holes in the bricks? Or drill holes through the concrete? We'd probably like to steer away from drilling holes.

if its an industrial building, you can get a pest service to do spot treatment, its still gonna run you a few hundred, but beats having to run a hammer drill in concrete and all that.

but if you wanna do it your self. areas you trench, you want it at least 6 in deep and wide, try to get 8 gallons/10 feet and back fill the dirt and apply a 2-3 gallons to the back fill and work in (if your using a 6% termidor rate). concrete/asphalt areas, drill holes 6" from wall or concrete seam. gotta make sure you get through. drill them every 12 inches, and you wanna get at least a gallon down each hole, you are also going to want to plug and patch the holes so that you do not get rain water down them and mess up the treatment. as far as inside the walls, best stuff ive seen is the foaming wasp spray it gets really good coverage and soaks through their mud tunnels.

You should call me. There is a chance that would be covered since it was treated before the slab was poured. Ask me how I know it was treated before the slab was poured There is also a chance that the people that did it are now out of business.
