3 Month old puppy picked up in Madison

We had a 3 month old Chocolate Lab puppy that got out this morning. He was picked up near rice road in front of the Wrights Mill neighborhood. Accoring to one of the ladies that was near the intersections, the gentleman that picked him up was asking around to see who owned him. The puppy had a new collar and did not have an information tag on him.
