Postby stumpjumper » Tue Mar 12, 2013 5:07 pm

Central Alabama HRC will host their hunt test May the 4th & 5th in Greensboro,Al at the Forever Wild State Cattle Ranch. You can sign up on Hunt Secretary.
If you have never been there it has some of the nicest grounds around and some pretty mean tech water!! We would love to see everyone come out and have a fun weekend.

If ya'll haven't ran a test at the Cattle Ranch recently you are in for a treat. The grounds are world class. The bird boys are the best in the world. And to top it off the Judges are as good as it gets.

We are planning on a great time!!!!

+1, we ran the AKC test that north alabama had a couple weeks ago at the cattle ranch. Man that place was fine.

Ducks are confirmed. Grounds are ready and waiting. Bird boys are anxious to spend a day in the sun. All that is left to do is oil the 870's and set up the tests.

Looking forward to a good time!!!

Ok Mark , you there is a lot more to do than that. I see we are judging together at Bay Area the following week after Centrals hunt.
Good luck with your test.

Your right Mark about the younger ones running their dogs. AKC offers a Young kids under 18 something special as Jr hunters but very few come and run AKC. Glad to here Jack is going to judges. Good addition to the judges pool.

Tj will be running spooky puppy and da juice... After ru next weekend, and central al, Tj will need 3 passes for 500 points on spooky, and da juice will need 1 pass for a 1000. He's gonna run another weekendy somewhere, and we ll be on the line together for his first 500 point dog and da juices 1000th. He's 15 out of 16 finished passes this season, dropped a test with spooky puppy at southern flight ending a 13 in a row streak . He has run EVERY finished test with spooky... Not many folks get their first 500 point jacket before their driving permit. Turns 16 in October, and he ll finally be old enough to legally shoot in started! Haha.
Mark glad to hear you start judging. I'd be proud to sit beside you or run a dog in front of you . A welcome addition!

I'm too old to run Stinger. When I started with him I still had my hair. He's taken years off my life and I don't think my heart could take it. Maybe would try the hrc game with Daisy though.
