Quarter it, crockpot in chicken broth, onion and bell pepper for 2.5 hours. Drain, flour and fry.....

Fried cottontails are excellent. If you get some big canecutters, you'll need to slow cook them. Tried frying some canecutters once, inedible. Woundedduck has some good rabbit recipes.
