Dogs hearing after pit hunt

Me and a friend hunted out of a pit this am. I had my dog in good position outside the blind, behind the muzzle blast, best I can remember. She's now acting like she can't hear well. If this persists ill take her to the vet, but has anyone ever seen this? And how did the dog mend?
