Try the antler insanity app. It gives wind, weather, you can mark stands, sun rise/set etc.

I bought the Time2Hunt app last year and from what I could tell, it was pretty accurate. It does weather, solunar info and gives you a rating on what days/time of day to hunt.

I use iSolunar. It gives hunting and fishing calendar and rates the days as to which is best to hunt. The feeding times are very accurate. Although, yes you have to be in the right place at the right time. But I have a field that is my "go to" field to hunt and the times on this app have been very accurate with the times that I have seen deer in this field, ranging from morning, to mid-day, and to afternoon. It also has weather, a place to keep notes, and a place to put pics of deer killed and record the conditions when you made the kill. I like it.
