Camp/Brunswick Stew

Postby Side Kick » Tue Oct 02, 2012 3:15 pm

Anybody have a tried and true recipe for camp stew? Had some today at a local bbq place and it was pretty good, wanted to try some of my own.

been a while, but use to make with left over bbq chicken or pork butts. Chicken broth and bbq sauce for the base, add onions, lima/butter beans, corn and potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Pretty simple and cant go wrong. Best served warm to cold, wet, hungry eaters.
