I didnt see any difference from regular oats. I plant Super Plot Plus from Sanders Seed. I will not plant anything else now days.

Planted them last year. Odd year for us so take this with a grain of salt. The deer used our plots but not at all during the day. We did alot better with clover in the past.

I'v planted them and like them they stand up good to cold weather.

They are a little more tolerant to freezing weather but they are also about twice the price.
Around $15 for bob oats and anywhere between $25 to $30 for buck forage oats.

I'm with Lawdawg on the bob oats. I have tried several varieties and for the money they are the best. I doesnt get cold enough in MS to justify the cost of cold tolerant oats. Just my opinion.
