Which Brand Motor?

Cant find a mercury fourstroke anywhere in a 115 or 90 so what would yall recommend next best motor in a fourstroke?

Honda or Yamaha. I would have chose those over the Mercury to begin with.

I don't own one.......but several swear by a Tohatsu in a 115. I think that's what Torch has.....ask him.

Just like cars...don't matter which brand as much as what kind of deal you can get and customer service if you should need it. Least that's the way I think about it. There's always a bad apple or two no matter which brand. I've seen several motors of the exact model act and run totally different. Also depends on how you run it and service it. That being said...I'm happy with the Suzuki 4 stroke I've had for 10 years with no problems.

I forgot about Suzuki. One of my friends' dad just bought a new Suzuki four stroke 115-150 and it came with a 6 Year Warranty. Thats awesome.

Brand new 90 optimax for 6960.00. I wouldnt spend the extra for a 4 stroke.

I've owned three different Mercury's on three different boats and Have loved them all. My next boat will have a Merc on the back also...

Assuming there is a Suzuki dealer within driving distance i'd go with that. 6 years warranty would be hard to beat

Yamaha hands down! If I could afford to pull this damn mercury off my rig I would!
