Wow! that Westinghouse micarta is some rare stuff.
I heard Butch Richenback say in an interview that he would really like to buy back on of his cause they sounded so good.
I think that is a pretty strong endorsement.

When Westinghouse was making the paper micarta, there was only one guy that knew the formula. He had a stroke and died with that formula in his head. And no one has really been able to duplicate that micarta.
Most of today's "micarta" is not really micarta. The quote below is from the link below.
