Next Project: wooden hot tub

I plan to start on one of these after i get in my house in the next month or so. Has anyone ever seen or had any experience with one?

Theses were real popular back in the early 80s. I remember my dad getting a magazine called Mother Earth news and they had directions on how to build them.
